What a Reiki Session with Me Is Like

During a Reiki session with me, you’ll be wrapped in a calm, peaceful space where you can fully relax. You’ll either lie down or sit comfortably while I gently guide energy through your body using my hands, either placed lightly on or just above you. This healing energy helps release stress, clear blockages, and bring your mind, body, and spirit back into balance.

What makes my sessions special is that I also use my natural intuitive
gifts to help you even more deeply. I’m clairaudient, which means I sometimes hear messages or guidance during your session. I’m also
claircognizant, which means I often just know certain things that can help you, even if they haven’t been said out loud. I trust these messages to guide the healing in a way that supports you best. Sometimes, emotions or insights come up, and if they do, we gently talk
about them together. My goal is always to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. Each session is unique—because you areunique—and I always let your energy lead the way.
